Sensory Experience
The first time I had my mother's egg rolls, I was about 4 years old. I could remember the *SOUND of the sizzling vegetable oil that the fried the perfect egg rolls. *SMELL: When my mother pulled out the egg rolls, the aura of egg rolls filled my nostrils with the rich and distinct aroma of egg rolls. I can *FEEL it right now, the smooth and tough shell of the egg rolls within my hands. The immense heat that I *SEE flowing out of its insides when I take the first bite is so delightful. The combination of the sauce, noodles, ground beef and vegetables all working in harmony to create the perfect egg roll *TASTE. There's nothing better in the world than my mother's egg rolls; besides plain Lo Min noodles.
