So story goes, it's my first date with my girlfriend Mailee Lor. I took her to this restaurant in downtown Milwaukee with my uncle and my cousin. My cousin drove his brother's Subaru Impreza WRX and my uncle was his buddy to hang out with. She took her sister because her parents didn't trust me being with her all alone with me and the guys. Sucked that she became a third wheel to us. Anyways, we weren't even hungry but we ate there anyways and I paid for everyone's dinner. GEEZ was that expensive! All that mattered though was that I was with her and we had a good time. She also checked my phone, looked through my messages, and we barely ate the food I ordered for both of us. I did take it home but then my little cousins ate it all. Sad face :[
As you see here I am somewhere in the back, chilling out with my friends, when this young and lovely couple walk in and start taking pictures of each other and them together. This one particular picture I find quite interesting because I the couple had just got done eating their dinner and wanted more pictures of them together. No one really knows why but they were very camera happy if I do say so myself, and I do. This unparticular food place serves the best sushi and Chinese meals ever known to man; this is where everyone comes to get the best Chinese food. No one really knows why they dressed up, even though they both look rather dashing. We all suppose it might be their first date and those kinds always have to leave the best impressions, especially whenever you are meeting your girlfriend for the first time. Either way it makes things quite interesting.
ReplyDeleteSura: Sura was all excited for his first date with his, hopefully, soon to be girlfriend. He called a special place he knew she would love to dine in. The plans were all made and all he had left to do was pick out an outfit. Sura wanted to be dressed for the best so he knew that there was only one outfit that would make him look like a complete stud. When Sura arrived at her house he walked out of his car and had really impressed this girl. When they arrived at the restaurant it was a bit of a shock for Sura because he and his woman were the only ones dressed to a T. He couldn’t believe it, Subway is one of the best restaurants in town!
ReplyDeleteafter endless online chats with his girlfriend Sura is ready to actually get to see his girlfriend. The night before he talks to her on the Skype cam and shows her what he is going to wear and she tells him it is unnecessary but still he insists. The next day he wakes up extra early to get ready. Irons his clothes and straightens his hair, shines his shoes and drives all the way to her home town and she is yet to be ready. When he gets there he realizes they have yet to figure out where they are going to eat. He wants something oriental but she is looking for something crazy like rib crib
ReplyDeleteThe café was bustling with activity as I joined the girl in the black pea coat at our normal table. I adjusted the bow tie that adorned my collar just above the black vest that I wore. She smiled as I pulled the seat back and slid in to the chair next to her. A waiter approached our table to ask what we would like to drink. “The usual.” I told the man before he got a chance to speak.
ReplyDelete“So, what did you want to see me about that was so urgent?” I inquired. She held up an envelope and placed it into my awaiting hand. “Julliard?” It came out as a shaky whisper.
“I made it.” She grinned.
It was a spring warm day. A perfect day for a date. Sura woke up and was excited about today. This was the day that he was going to go meet his girlfriend. He prepared his outfit and looked in the mirror to see if there was anything out of line in his feature. “Nope.” He said and went out of the house to his car. As he was driving to the place where he was going to meet his girlfriend he noticed that there was a jammed in the traffic. Sura could not believe this, of all the days when there is a traffic jammed it had to be on his most important day. He decided to call his girlfriend and tell her that he was going to be late because of traffic and throughout half of that spring day he was frustrated that he was going to be late when he had planned to be there before her. When the traffic was finally over, he rushed into the restaurant and looked around for his girlfriend. There she was sitting at a table smiling at him when she saw him come in.
ReplyDeleteSura: Today was the happiest day of my life. I got to see my boyfriend for the first time, face to face, in months. He took me out to dinner and he looked so handsome in his suit and bow tie. He had dressed up just for the occasion and I was so happy that he went that extra mile for me. He lives in Missouri and I live in Chicago, but he drove up for Christmas break just to see me. I was so happy to see him that when he got out of his car, I ran out the front door and jumped into his arms. When we had finally gotten to the restaurant we took some pictures that way we would always remember this day and every detail about it. He stayed for a couple of days after that and when he had to leave I was very sad. I cried but he told me that he would be back to see me as soon as he could.

ReplyDeleteSura Yang: It’s finally dinner time, stomachs are rumbling and mouths are watering. It’s Friday night and this man dresses up very nice to take his lovely girlfriend on a date. He chose a place that served fried rice and sushi because those were her two favorite food items that he had recognized. They have only been dating a few months so he doesn’t know her like the back of his hand quite yet. But as they hang out and talk he has picked up on a few things. He knows she is very polite, sweet and quite until you get to know her. They live a long distance away so seeing each other is difficult and only happens every 3 months roughly, so when they do spend time together he tries to make it the best time for her and treat her like the lady she deserves to be treated like.
ReplyDeleteSura is visiting his girlfriend in Wisconsin that lives 8 hours away. It’s their anniversary and they want to make this night very special. So of course he over dresses and wears a tux with a bow-tie. But it probably made her very happy seeing him all dressed up. They end up going to the Bayou and having a great time. The best date they ever had... The end?

ReplyDeleteArranged marriages weren’t uncommon fifty years ago, but Sura never thought he would be subjected to one. He had grown up in the United States and lost much of the culture his parents were immersed in as children. When his parents told him he would have a mail order bride from their home country of Korea he couldn’t believe his ears. He wanted to be a regular teenager. He wanted to go out on dates with girls and have his first awkward kiss in the seat of his first car. He didn’t want to meet his bride to be at a café in the city. His mother made him dress up in a suit and atrocious bow tie for their first meeting. He was pleasantly surprised at the girl’s bright smile and cheerful demeanor. He thought to himself, “Maybe this won’t be as bad as I thought it would.”
ReplyDeleteThis night of merry frolicking was centered around a man and his woman as they dined in the best restaurant in a small rundown town. The best part was they were Asians thus making this an even better sight because love there in that state was no common ordeal. This man had longed for a pure thing in his life but was not to be heard or seen from till he met this woman who was a pure Asian just like him and they longed to make pure babies together and live happily for a long time to come. Despite his past experiences with un-pure women he kept his hopes high to live to see a pure blood baby to take his path and recreate a new bloodline.
ReplyDeleteSura-My man sura is a ladies man! In this picture he went out on a date with his girlfriend to a very expensive oriental eating restaurant. As they were eating sura decided to get his camera and have someone nearby take a picture of him and his girlfriend. After the picture was taken sura and his girlfriend went back to finishing their romantic evening.
